Description
What Is a Die Cut Corrugated Box?
A die cut corrugated box is a box whose outline, folds and openings are cut from the sheet by a shaped steel rule die. The die creates locking tabs and custom shapes that a slotted carton cannot form, so the box assembles without tape.
Mailer boxes, pizza boxes, display trays and handle boxes are die cut styles. Die cutting holds tight tolerances, so inserts and windows line up with the product.
Die Cut Boxes for Retail, Ecommerce and Displays
Die cut boxes fit brands that need a shaped or self-locking structure. See die cut styles such as custom corrugated mailer boxes, or compare all builds in custom corrugated boxes.

What is the difference between die cut and RSC boxes?
