A magnetic closure rigid box is a one-piece setup box built from grey chipboard, wrapped in 150 gsm printed paper, with a hinged lid flap that locks on concealed magnets. The flap stays attached to the base, so the box opens like a hardcover book and closes with a single press. No tuck flaps, adhesive strips or tape are involved, which keeps the exterior clean for full-coverage print.

Each box is assembled in 4 layers:

1. A grey chipboard shell cut to your dimensions.
2. 150 gsm printed wrap paper glued over the exterior and folded into the inner edges.
3. 2 flat magnets set into the board before wrapping, so neither magnet is visible.
4. An optional insert: EVA foam, velvet-lined tray, molded tray or cardboard dividers.
