Parchment is the paper that goes into the oven with the food and comes out with it. When bakeries and cafes serve straight from the tray, that sheet ends up on the counter, in the box and in the customer’s photo. Printed parchment turns it into packaging.
Custom parchment paper is silicone-coated baking paper printed with your logo in food-safe inks. The silicone makes it non-stick and heat resistant, so it lines baking trays, wraps food for cooking and serves baked goods. It comes bleached white or unbleached brown, as pan liner sheets, rounds and rolls.
We print custom parchment paper in 38, 40 and 45 gsm, silicone coated on one or both sides, in full, half and quarter sheet pan sizes, 6 to 10 in rounds and rolls. It is PFAS free, with a 50-unit minimum and a 6 to 8 day turnaround.
What Is Custom Parchment Paper?
Custom parchment paper is baking paper with a silicone coating, printed with a brand’s logo or pattern. Bakeries, cafes, pizzerias and restaurants use it to line sheet pans and cake tins, cook fish and vegetables in paper parcels, and serve pastries, cookies and sandwiches on a branded sheet.
How Parchment Paper Works
- Dense base paper: the paper is treated so it resists grease and moisture.
- Silicone coating: a thin silicone layer gives the non-stick surface and heat resistance.
- Coated sides: two-side coating is non-stick on both faces; one-side coating leaves one face uncoated.
Bleached vs Unbleached Parchment Paper
Bleached parchment is bright white and gives the cleanest print and presentation. Unbleached parchment keeps the natural brown color of the fiber and suits bakeries and brands with a natural look. Both bake the same way.

Silicone vs Quilon Coated Parchment
Most parchment is coated with silicone, which is non-stick and reusable for a few bakes. Quilon coated parchment uses a chromium-based release coating and is common in high-volume bakeries. Our custom parchment is silicone coated.
How Hot Can Parchment Paper Go?
Silicone parchment is oven safe up to the temperature on its rating, which is often about 420 to 450 F. Above that, the edges brown and the paper can become brittle. Keep parchment away from direct flame and broiler elements.

The 2024 FDA PFAS Phase-Out
On February 28, 2024, the FDA announced that PFAS grease-proofing substances are no longer sold for food contact use in the US. Parchment gets its release from silicone, not PFAS.
