Account Responsibility
Registered users must ensure the security of their account credentials. All orders placed via your account are considered authorized. You grant Urgent Custom Boxes a non-exclusive right to store, reproduce, modify, or use submitted artwork for production and order fulfilment. We may request additional business details during account verification.
Unauthorized account access resulting from negligence of passwords or credentials remains the responsibility of the user.

Liability & Indemnification
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Submission of illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate content
- Misuse or unauthorized access to your account

Return & Refund Policy
- If packaging differs from approved specifications or arrives defective, notify within 3 business days.
- No refunds/credit — reprint will be issued upon verified proof of defect.
- Defect claims require clear photographic evidence.
- If mistake is from client-provided files, reprint cost will be paid by client.
- Full batch must be returned within 7 working days for reprint eligibility.
Order, Payment & Cancellation Terms
- All pricing is in USD.
- Production begins only after full payment is received.
- Customer must approve electronic proof before printing.
- No artwork/order changes after approval.
- Order cancellation allowed within 4 hours after proof approval with 5% fee.
- No guaranteed cancellation beyond allowed window.
Design & Digital Services
- All design service fees are non-refundable.
- No reimbursement once a design order is processed.
Sales Tax Policy
- Sales tax applies unless a valid tax-exemption certificate is provided.
Artwork Submission Terms
- Submit high-resolution print-ready files (minimum 300dpi) in CMYK.
- RGB/Pantone files may shift during conversion.
- Not responsible for pixelation or distorted artwork from incorrect formats.
- Urgent Custom Boxes not liable for lost artwork files.
- Client confirms rights/ownership of submitted artwork.
- We may refuse unlawful or inappropriate print submissions.
Proofs & Color Output
- Production starts after final proof approval.
- Customer must verify spacing, layout, bleeds & content accuracy.
- Digital proofs do not reflect transparency, UV, lamination tones or full color appearance.
- Minor color variations are normal and not valid for reprint claim.
Gang Printing
- Gang printing is not typically used unless required for workflow efficiency.
Overruns & Underruns
- Up to 5% overage may be delivered at no extra cost.
- If fewer units ship, billing applies only to delivered quantity.
Website Modifications
- We may update website content, service policies & terms without notice.
- Continued use implies acceptance of revised terms.
